Applications accepted Parents schedule a visit to see the school and receive information. we recommend that this first visit does not include the child so parents can fully give their attention to the information the admissions director presents. parents submit the application for admission (88k pdf). once our office receives this application we will inform you in writing if your child has been accepted. acceptance depends on the availability of space in the specific program you would like your child to attend. upon acceptance the enrollment contract is signed and the deposit is paid. the montessori directress will schedule an orientation for the entire family the week before the starting date at school. our toddler community directress will conduct a home visit instead of an orientation at school.

The Montessori Philosophy of Education is one of respect for others and the environment. We offer an individualized program of learning so that each child learns at his or her own pace. We encourage cooperation instead of competition. We endeavor to be partners with you in the education and care of your child and look forward to having your child at The Children's House of Libertyville. We encourage you to be involved in your child's early learning experiences by setting up classroom observations and participating in parent nights and parent/teacher conferences.
