The parent has to initiate communication with teachers.

There is a spiral notebook that the parents handwrite notes in with updates for the school. This notebook is something you would find in gradeschooler's backpack. NOTHING is ever reviewed and my own notes had to be followed up on.

The front door is never locked, with access for anyone. The teachers do not screen for identification. Children are not kept clean. I have seen several children at school with dirty noses, hands. The airconditioner is rarely on and is usually warmer there than if outside. Conditions have been reported to the State Licensing Bureau.
