The curriculum and daily schedule are structured in such a way as to allow children to learn through play. The day starts off with Circle Time and the day's activities are highlighted for the children and they participate in a teacher led group activity. Each learning center's materials are changed to encourage children to explore the concept being taught while at the same time keeping their interests. All learning domains are covered and are age appropriate. Music is part of the daily routine, however, a certified Music teacher does come in once a week for more direct instruction - The same for dance and art. There is a balance between teacher led activities and activities which the children choose themselves. They use the Georgia Performance Standards as their curriculum guide as well as High Reach Learning curricula to supplement different activities.

My child's teacher taught for 35 years as a Kindergarten teacher in another state. She truly loves what she is doing and enjoys being with children. Her experience and expertise in the educational field is top-notch! We have the best of both worlds - someone who enjoys what they are doing while at the same time has the training and expertise to make it work!
