My two year old started at Kicklighter over a year ago and I have been so pleased with the care and attention she has recieved. When she started she had a small vocabulary and little social skills, probably because she's an only child. Within a week or two I saw some amazing changes in her -- she knews her colors, was working on telling me when she needed to potty, and had made friends with her classmates - just to name a few. The teachers are very helpful and know all the children's names, not just the one's in their class. When I had a concern about her behavior or class structure I was allowed to watch their monitoring system which is set up in every class. Such a comfort - so is the keyless entry in the facility. Leaving my child in the hands of a daycare was not easy for me, but once I saw the care and standards set at Kicklighter I happy I had chosen their facility. I was recommended to the school by a friend, whose child had recently left the school to go into kindergarden after three years at Kicklighter and I would definitley recommend them to anyone looking for quality child care or preschooling for their children.

Kicklighter Academy answered my call for quality childcare, an enriching environment, caring teachers, and of course, reasonable rates. This facility opened up my eyes and reinstated my trust in others. You want long-term care, security-coded doors and cameras, wide-open privacy fenced playground, age appropriate curriculum and classrooms, no wait lists, off the beaten path and still in the center of town; this proud parent encourages you to just take a tour. Don’t take my word for it, see for yourself. It is located on Seawright Drive , off Eisenhower across from National Guard Armory. My daughter is now 4 years and has blossomed due to this school. If you want to escape the childcare woes, you owe it to yourself to give your child truly the best! Look no further than Kicklighter Academy . Oh yeah, but the way, this school has absolutely NO state violations, in case you were wondering!

Teachers have scheduled holiday activities, Christmas Party, Trick or Treating etc... that parents are encouraged to attend. Classrooms have a really small student to teacher ratio and great learning areas -- science center/music etc...
