School Philosophy & Day in the Life
School Philosophy and Mission
"As a team of individuals with a variety of skills , experience and education, we acknowledge that our Mission is to provide instruction , guidance , leadership , and nurturing love to children wi thin a Christian environment
Parents have come to us to aid them in the education and care taking of their children. We encourage parents to be involved in the decision making process as it is their ultimate responsibility to raise their children. Because "School" and childcare involves many families ,we must find a common ground for all our decisions. Our logo has the words "Mind" "Body" and " Spirit" . Our teaching curriculum addresses the " Mind" aspect, our sports facilities addresses the " Body" and our Christian environment and teaching addresses the " Spirit" . We believe that these three aspects are interrelated and must be addressed in the development of children. We also believe that humans were not meant to be alone and that social skills are as important as academic skills. God has not relayed to us an emphasis on academics as being most important in our lives, but has relayed to us in the Bible and in our very nature that relations with others
In our world culture the family is the most basic form of human relationships. A family can be large or small. A family over r eaches bloodlines. God views us as one large family, here to take care of each other and help each person to develop into a useful and happy human being. A family can be described as a TEAM. We use Team Sports as a way to teach children how to compete , win, lose, cheer, share, show compassion, gain confidence, self esteem and become a leader.

Director's Comments on Individualized Teaching
Parents' Comments
Parent #1
The teachers are wonderful!!!
Parent #2
Our 4-year old daughter loves going to school here! She talks about what she did each day and has cried for her teacher when at home and gotten into trouble. (And her teacher is not a push-over, yet tempers the good with the bad in a very effective and loving way!)
Another teacher has helped her learn to write her name and she just moved up to the "dog" room in August- late birthdays that are not eligible for Georgia 4-year pre-K

| Parents at this school, on average, believe that conflicts between children:
are handled extraordinarily well in a way that not only gives me confidence in the safety of my child but also reassures me that my child (and his/her peers) are learning the early skills needed to socialize effectively with one another
