• Doane Stuart is an interfaith school. We accept for admission and respect students of all faiths. Our chapel services celebrate all the major world religions. The religion curriculum at Doane Stuart is non-doctrinal and asks the students to explore, intellectually, their own faiths, and the faiths of others. The interfaith nature of the school community is well illustrated by our historic Gothic-Revival Chapel and by our resident Buddhist Temple, both housed here on our campus.

Application fee: $75

Admissions Process

Acceptance criteria: Selective based on submission of an application and a $75, nonrefundable, application fee. a class visit - 45 minutes for students entering n, prek, k and grade 1, two hours for students entering grades 2, 3 or 4, a half-day for students entering grades 5-12. standardized testing - students entering n, prek, k and grade 1 participate in interactive testing in the admission office. older students will write an essay and may take standardized testing on campus, provide standardized testing scores taken within the last year, or submit results from ssat testing. submission of at least two letters of recommendation - these forms are provided by doane stuart and may be found in the "admission material" packet. submission of an official school transcript - the record release form may be found in the "admission material" packet and should be completed and given to the student's current school, so that his or her guidance office may forward an official transcript to doane stuart.  

Notification occurs: Rolling

Parents must submit deposit within the following timeframe of receiving notification of acceptance: Two weeks

Financial aid is available.
