STRENGTHS IT HAS THE NAME OF THE USC, BUT IS PUBLIC, WEAKNESSS, THE ADMINISTRATION, THEY NEED TO EMPLOYEE NEW STAFF INSIDE OF THE ADMINISTRATION IT HAS UNPROFESIONAL ADMINSTRATION OF ALL EARLY CHILD DEVELOPMENT FIELD.
