good teachers. terrible administration. high teacher turnover. no communication with parents. parents have no voice in what happens at this school. if you don't like what they're doing - they tell you you're not welcome.

This is an excellent school, associated with one of the top preschools in Manhattan Beach, but with no waiting list, as not as many people know about it. It is accessible from both San Pedro and Palos Verdes. Classes start at 18 months, with very experienced teachers and full Montessori certification. Outside expert teachers come in weekly to offer music, spanish and tennis lessons. The grounds are lovely with ocean views, and three playgrounds. Full daycare is available for those interested. I have three kids there (twins included) and they all love it and are learning tons.

My kids have had three of the teachers, all excellent, but one stands out. She helped found the school and has amazing skills.

teachers are wonderful but are frequently moved around and let go without warning. ms. jeanine is no longer with the school, neither are ms. lizzie, ms. moki, ms. maria, ms. teresa, or ms. alex (the office manager).

the bathrooms that are private to the classrooms are nice but some classrooms use the public community center restrooms - which are less than sanitary.
