Parents' Comments

The classroom has a wide variety of play stations, covering most of the areas listed above, but these stations are mainly for free play, with some structure. Instruction, per se, is mainly teacher-led, although the kids also often play at the same types of activities.

Director's and Parents' Comments

Parents' Comments

Parent #1
This preschool has a special-needs consultant who is called on to assist, when and as appropriate. For example, when our older daughter (now age 10) attended it, six years ago, she was a new immigrant and didn't speak ANY English. The preschool made it a "class project" for everyone to assist her in learning English, with all her classmates helping out, and used a special custom-designed picture-book, to assist her teachers in communicating with her. Within four months, she was already speaking English and by the end of the school year no-one could even tell that she was born elsewhere, as she sounded so fully native-born. Now, five years later, she wins spelling bees and tests in the 98th percentile for sixth graders, while in fourth grade. But it was this preschool that got her started so well.
