Parents' Comments

My son has gone to this center since he was 16 weeks. He is now 8 and still at Kids' World. I have never had any problems with Kids World. All the teachers are loving and truly there for the kids. When we were having some financial problems they were willing to work with me and made the situation I was in much easier. They havent been open for 29 years by coincidence...they are absolutely INCREDIBLE! I would refer (and have) any of my freinds to Kids' World in a heart beat!

School Philosophy & Day in the Life

School Philosophy and Mission

"First and foremost, Kids' World Learning Center is about the children, about your child. Our goal is to provide individualized care and attention to each and every child who comes though our doors. We are dedicated to fostering exploration in all its forms and encourage individuality and creativity at every turn.
At Kids' World Learning Center we understand that every child is unique and will therefore have unique needs and requirements. It is our mission to meet these requirements in the best way possible, thereby establishing a safe and nurturing environment in which your child will learn to grow and share.
Kids' World Learning Center is an integral part of the Rancho Cordova community and fully subscribes to the idea that "It takes a village to raise a child." "

During physical activity time they do a program called SPARKS which all the teachers are trained in. They also offer a gymnastics class where a coach from outside the school comes in once a week to do a class for only $20 a month! The structured learning part of the day is from 9am-12pm and then from 3pm-6pm they offer a more unstructured learning thru play time.

Director's Comments on Individualized Teaching

Parents' Comments

Parent #1
One of the lead teachers has been a teacher there for 8 years. She is patient, kind, understanding, communicates with me well, and the children all seem to love her. Another teacher is the kindest person I know. She would truly do anything for my son and my son realizes this and feels completely safe with her. Another teacher who I have grown close with is the definition of TLC. She individually loves each child for who they are. My son talks about her constantly. Not to mention two of the teachers I have mentioned used to go to Kids' World when they were young so I suppose they stuck around to teach there because they see what a quality program the owners are running and want to be part of it!
