These teachers did not have a specific degree in early education but did have some college degree. On the other hand, the quality and the years of experience helped them to attain their goals of teaching preschoolers and children 3 and under. Many of them seemed to enjoy being with children. They were all very caring, knew the kids names-even those in other classrooms other than their own, always had a smile and a good attitude. I was very much satisfied. But for those that have a gifted and talented child, or those that want their children to go above and beyond what is required in a preschool setting, this is not for you...this is not a school that specializes in gifted and talented children, nor do they challenge the preK4 children above what is required before entering Kindergarten.
