Parents' Comments
Parent #1
Hillcrest has teachers that have been their for many years and as a parent that is one of the things that I look at in a
preschool.

Parent #2
this school provides wonderful care for my children. They are hiring new staff to even better provide for the children. I understand that it is under new ownership and she is determined to raise the level of education there.

Parent #3
The school is very flexible when it comes to parents needs as it relates to part-time and full-time however I would not recommend sending a child to this school under 3-4 yrs. I don't feel this school is nurturing enough. My child was at this school for about 6 wks. Each day I picked him up, there was a different instructor in the class, no one new his name so security was lacking. I could've walked out of that school with someone else's child and no one would've known. There were several other reasons I decided to withdrawal my child out of this school but the last draw was when I picked him up one day, he was sitting on the floor. When I looked at him, I knew he was not well. I picked him up, by the time I got home and tood his temp. he had a 104 degree temp, no one even new at that school. Further, the director was not there however, I sent her an email expressing my concerns and I never heard back from her. That was really disturbing to me as a first time parent. I felt they obviously didn't care.

Director's Comments

Savvy Source's Comments

"All Day Schools, Inc. facilities believe that children learn by hands on experiences. We provide centers for children where they can learn through play and exploration, but in a well defined area. Through careful planning and proper arrangement of centers, they are able to explore, create, experiment, and manipulate their environment to better understand the world around them." -- Excerpted from school website

Director's Comments on Individualized Teaching

Parents' Comments

Parent #1
Only the first teacher we've met enjoy working with children, and she was the reason we started our son at this school. Most of the member of staff/teachers are indifferent, rude to the children (such as yanking children apart)and neglect children (the let my son sleep in a dirty diaper).

Director's and Parents' Comments

Parents' Comments

Parent #1
Educating obviously is not a priority of the school. We were impressed by the young toddler teacher, that is why we started our son at this school, but the school forced our son to a big toddler class. This happened a week ago and ever since our son has been having nightmare, turned very violence by throwing objects and afraid of speak.

They do have books, but only enough for teachers to read to the children. They have toys, but the teachers do not allow them to play.
