Parents' Comments
Parent #1
Great school and program, curriculum. I am not entirely satisfied with my daughter's teacher. She is new to area and very young and quiet. I have seen other teachers at the school that seem much more outgoing and better with children.

Director's Comments

Our curriculum is thematic, with each age group studying the same themes, but applying age-appropriate strategies to teaching. The curriculum is a well-constructed three year curriculum so that children do not repeat the same themes every year. Activities that relate to the monthly theme include music, creative movement, fitness and nutrition lessons, art projects, science experiments, and Spanish lessons. Each month will end with a Celebration of Learning for the entire school. This will be a day of fun and exploration for the children. In addition to these components, each age group will have distinct learning opportunities.

Parents' Comments

Parent #1
They do have fitness twice a week and free play on the outside playground. If weather is bad then they have free play inside.

Director's Comments on Individualized Teaching

Parents' Comments

Parent #1
Our daughter's teacher this year is a first-time preschool teacher. Her teacher last year at this school was fantastic 100%, and we miss her.

Parent #2
My daughter is 5 but missed the FISD cut-off to attend kindergarten so she is being prepped for kindergarten.

Parent #3
Teacher is young and doesn't give any feedback to the parent as to what the child did during the class, how child behaved, etc. She seems very shy and quiet, probably not a good match to teach four-year old children!

OVERALL RATING (3.8) Three and Half Stars
Parents' Opinions
Parents at this school, on average, believe that conflicts between children: are handled extraordinarily well in a way that not only gives me confidence in the safety of my child but also reassures me that my child (and his/her peers) are learning the early skills needed to socialize effectively with one another

Parents' Notes on Discipline, Health and Safety

Parents' Comments

Parent #1
I am a bit of a 'germ' freak and this school puts me at ease when it comes to clealiness. I did also teach here for two weeks and was able to get an in-depth view at how things are handled and how children are treated and I can say without a doubt that this is truly a 'Christian Based' school and they do treat the children as gifts from God.
