Where I have checked teacher led- they also do free play stations. With 2 year olds- the teacher will provide an example (like dancing) and the children will try to imitate. Getting several of the students to participate gets the whole group participating.

The above 3 questions that asked about what the school provides at the end of the school year, I have given my best guess based on how the beginning of the school year has been as this is our first year with them.

Parent #2
For the 2 year old program- this is a play based preschool with the developmental goals of socialization. Social skills are taught to the children and the school actively helps with potty training as well. The focus is on art, reading and outdoor play. This is also a parent participation school- where ideally 1 parent is at each class providing extra help and supervision. Roughly 50% of parents participate. Parents are encouraged to stop, stay and visit at any time.

Parents at this school, on average, believe that conflicts between children: are handled extraordinarily well in a way that not only gives me confidence in the safety of my child but also reassures me that my child (and his/her peers) are learning the early skills needed to socialize effectively with one another

Children are asked to bring their own snacks.

THe preschool is an older building, but many updates were done over the summer such as: new sinks, tables, chairs, toys, manipulative and even a new shade structure over the swings. Most of the playground is now covered with a shade structure.
