Parents' Comments
Parent #1
Our children have been going to this school for years. The teachers and staff are wonderful and they have longevity with a lot of the staff.

Parent #2
Once they took my child outside without a coat, in single digit weather. I had to pick up early (aka leave work) approximately 6 times; no control over the kids. 3 stitches to the chin area, and nobody knows what happened?

Parents' Comments

The teachers seem to take the lead a little more when they are teaching handwriting, reading readiness and other skills that require teacher direction but they spend a good part of the day in centers where they are encouraged to make choices while the teachers oversee their activities.

Director's Comments on Individualized Teaching

Parents' Comments

Parent #1
no quality in staff teachers. The good ones always leave. 1 good teacher on staff.

Parent #2
My child has 3 wonderful teachers this year and each one makes my son feel like he's special. Every morning at drop off, he's greeted with a warm smile and the teacher always takes a minute to ask him a question or tell him about something that they're going to do that day to let him know that she is happy to see him. It makes it so easy to leave him knowing that he is loved, safe and having a great time. Most evenings when I pick him up, he wants "5 more minutes".

Before my son started at the school, we were invited to orientation. During the orientation, I met with the director of the school and my son was invited to spend some time in the classroom to get accustomed to the new environment. The teachers were so loving with my baby, that I knew that I had made the right choice from day 1!

Parents at this school, on average, believe that conflicts between children: are handled extraordinarily well in a way that not only gives me confidence in the safety of my child but also reassures me that my child (and his/her peers) are learning the early skills needed to socialize effectively with one another

Parents' Notes on Discipline, Health and Safety

Parents' Comments

Parent #1
This place is nice and clean, but very frustrating.

Parent #2
When my child was a toddler, he went through a phase where his was biting the other kids in his class. The teachers met with me and worked with me, and the school provided a shadow to help my son work through his frustrations without being physical.
