Quality of Teaching

Director's Comments on Individualized Teaching

Individualized Teaching

Description of how teachers work with children who are
"behind," "excelling" or "different" from the majority of students

Our teachers and assistan teachers are devoted, dedicated women who have worked together for many years. Our staff creates a warm, child rearing enivornment, and a top-notch educaton program. Our teachers and assistant teachers are all CPR certified.

Home School Connection

Director's Comments

To provide the children with a developmentally appropriate program, presented in a loving and nurturing atmosphere. Each class has moe than one teacher attending to it, providing the children with a low adult to child ratio. We have Open Houses and Parent teacher meetings throughout the year.

Separation

Beginning of the year separation is handled through:
- Abbreviated schedule at start of school year

Director's and Parents' Comments

Director's Comments

We offer a slow separation period for our children.
We work with the parent to make the children feel safe and important.

Discipline, Health and Safety

Food Allergies

- We do not allow certain foods in the classroom

Medications
