Director's Comments on Individualized Teaching

Individualized Teaching

Description of how teachers work with children who are
"behind," "excelling" or "different" from the majority of students

Every child is treated as an individual. The teacher assesses each child's needs, meets them where they are developmentally and guides them to the next levels.

Home School Connection

Director's and Parents' Comments

Director's Comments

Parents will never be asked to leave a crying child. We work from trusting relationship. Trust must be earned by the teacher. We will add to the trust by developing a trust from your child...no matter how long it takes:)
