"Our students are being transformed daily into the image of Christ through the combined efforts of both the home and school. We offer excellent academic programs that focus on educating the whole child. We feel that children should be developing in the following five areas: academically, socially, emotionally, physically, and, most importantly, spiritually. Our belief is that each child develops and learns at his/her own pace. Children also have very unique gifts. It is our responsibility as educators to identify and encourage these areas in your child. We strongly believe in the creative arts and will do our best to educate your children in these areas as well.

"EXTENDED CARE
This service is available for all students currently enrolled. The service can be used daily or on an as-needed basis. Note: afterschool
extended care fees are charged for any student not picked up within 15 minutes at the end of their class time. In
calculating the total hours, the time is rounded off to the nearest quarter hour.
HOURS AVAILABLE: Preschool - before school - 7:30-9:00 a.m.; after-school - 3:00-6:00 p.m.
Elementary - before school - 7:30-8:30 a.m.; after-school - 2:20-6:00 p.m.
FEES: $7.75 per hour for 1-20 hours per month (second and additional children - $6.75 per hour)
$6.75 per hour for 21 and over hours per month (second and additional children - $5.75 per hour)
LATE PICK UP FEES: Parents will be charged a $10.00 late fee for children picked up between 6:00-6:15 p.m. A
charge of $1.00 per minute will be incurred starting from 6:15 p.m. until the child is picked up. (This fee will also be
charged for early release days when after-school extended care is not provided.)"

Acceptance criteria: As part of our commitment to Christian education and the ministry, we do not discriminate, but provide equal opportunity to any student applying for admission to Mount Hope Christian School without regard to race, creed, color, national or ethnic origin, sex or handicap (as long as the needs of that child can best be served through M.H.C.S.)
