You’ll need to complete the following basic steps to begin the enrollment process:
family tour of the school
a completed general application form
a parent-signed release form
you may arrange a private tour with the admissions office at a mutually agreeable time or attend one of the open houses that are offered throughout the year. e-mail enrollment director dan axford or assistant enrollment director denise deane to set up a tour.
health forms
physicals and up-to-date immunizations are required for all primary
school students. completed health forms must be returned to the
primary school office prior to entrance on the first day of school.
hearing/vision screening
primary school students participate annually in a fall screening
program. early diagnosis and intervention regarding any
hearing/vision problem are important. unless written notification is
sent home, parents may assume that their child’s hearing and vision
are normal. |

-"Extended Day program. For a nominal charge, supervised Early Morning Care is provided for primary and lower school students only from 7:30-8:10 a.m. Pre-registration is not required for this service, which can be used on a regular or drop-in basis. Primary and lower school students may also enroll in the Extended Day program by registering in the primary school office (the registration form has payment details). Extended Day runs between 3:00-6:00 p.m. each day, with the exception of the last day before the winter and spring vacations."
