Acceptance criteria: EC3 is available to all without regard to race, color, sex, age, religion, handicap, sexual orientation, or national origin. Children are selected for the program based on a waiting list. Date of application and age of child organize the waiting list. Children are selected on a first come, first served basis when there are vacancies within the appropriate age groupings at the Center
Child must be 2 months to enroll.
