Director's Comments

Question to director: Do you have any additional thoughts on what parents should consider when looking at your school? Is there any advice that you would like to provide to prospective parents?
We are now offering an option of hot lunches that can be ordered online through Nob Hill Catering and delivered to the school daily. I would encourage parents who are looking for childcare to visit the school and observe the environment. The children should be happy overall and the teachers should be engaged with the children showing positive feelings toward them.

Parents' Comments

Parent #3
I think Little Lamb Preschool is absolutely wonderful. The teachers are great with the kids, the office staff is very friendly, the classrooms are bright, clean and fun and the class curriculum is all age appropriate and fun for the kids. I can't come up with any weaknesses.

Parent #4
Wonderful caring staff. Developmentally appropriate activities. Safe environment. Little Lamb did an excellent job preparing both of my kids for kindergarten.

Parent #5
Little Lamb has been a great preschool for my son. They have a strong balance of nurturing and loving the children along with encouraging social and academic growth. I am completely confident that my son is well loved and cared for. I also know that the staff at Little Lamb really care for his developmental growth as well as his character, which is difficult to find in a preschool.

Parent #6
Both of my children attended Little Lamb Preschool (2 years each). They both graduated Little Lamb fully prepared for Kindergarten. My children excel in all subjects and I firmly believe it is due to the high level of education they received at Little Lamb. If you choose to send your child to LL, you will be giving your child a great educational start.

Director's Comments

Our objective is to provide an environment where each child is challenged to gain knowledge and develop their skills through pre-planned hands on positive learning experiences. All of our pre-k children are tracked and assisted in gaining the skills and knowledge that are necessary to enter kindergarten . We offer a full kindergarten readiness program which includes hands-on small group instruction and interaction several times per week. We believe that social skills, self esteem and autonomy is vital to a successful entry into kindergarten. We focus on all of the developmental areas. The feedback that we receive from kindergarten teachers and administrators in the area is positive as it relates to the readiness of the children who are promoted from our school to kindergarten.
