From the Director:

We learned kids need structure but at the same time they need to express themselves to stimulate their minds. Making them do things may be fun and constructive but, if they have no interest for the activity both the kids and the teachers lose. so we try to give them the option of making their own choices with a little guidance.

Quality of Teaching

Individualized Teaching: From the Director

I AM FIRM ON THE FACT THAT KIDS NEED ONE ON ONE TIME. IT HELPS THE CHILD BUILD CONFIDENCE, UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM MUCH CLEARER AND HELPS THEM ENJOY LEARNING. WHILE AT THE SAME TIME IT HELPS THE TEACHER UNDERSTAND THE STRONG AND NOT AS STRONG POINTS OF THAT CHILD.
