The first few years of life are the most crucial in an individual's development. It is at this stage that proper foundations for later development are laid, skills are learnt, and values and attitudes are formed. KinderCare devises innovative and interesting ways of learning. They provide the toddlers with a world scaled to his/her level. Ample companionship of his/her age. Their schools are modeled as support structures for nuclear families with Day Care and Creche facilities.

Philosophy & Approach

School Philosophy

General Approach to Learning: Play-Based, Teacher-Led

From the Director:

Our education department uses current research to create an exclusive, proven curriculum for our teachers — so you know that your child is getting the advantage of a large network of educational resources and the best care available. From infant to toddler, preschool to school age, our educational programs foster the skills necessary for your child to succeed at both school and life. Each day is structured with time to both learn and play. Your child will grow and discover at their own pace with both stimulating hands-on activities and group interactions. Each childcare program is as unique as your child. Each day is filled with songs, games and other fun-filled activities. Our caring teachers present your child with new experiences in our discovery zones. Older children learn about science, music and art through hands-on projects and themed activities. Our experienced teachers are there to help your child develop by sharing their enthusiasm and wisdom every day. Learn more about our engaging programs, fun-filled classrooms and caring teachers. A Typical Day

Each day, KinderCare provides a balanced approach to learning, giving parents the peace of mind that children will have fun as they develop socially, emotionally, physically, and intellectually. KinderCare gives your child the tools to become confident and self-aware. In a caring and stimulating atmosphere, passionate and engaging teachers give your child endless opportunities to grow, learn, and imagine -- whether building a spaceship to blast off to Mars or inviting a new friend to share a story during group time. While academics play a role in development, we believe there are many other opportunities for enhancing the whole child.

Home-School Connection

Home-School Connection: From the Director

Your child changes every day. That is why KinderCare Learning Centers teachers and staff provide daily updates on your child's development. Each afternoon, we will let you know about the fun learning experiences your child is enjoying. This includes your child's activities, developmental changes and, of course, milestones. Big and small.

At your convenience, we will be happy to meet with you to discuss your child's progress. We also have comprehensive methods - both formal and informal - to ensure we communicate thoroughly with you about your child's discoveries.

At KinderCare, you will find that our teachers are eager to understand your needs and actively listen to your suggestions. We honor your role as a parent and as the first and most important teacher in your child's life. We work together with you to support your child's healthy growth and development by sharing the learning and excitement your child experiences each day. (Excerpted From Kindercare website)

Handling Separation: From the Director

The anxieties a child may feel at drop-off time are completely normal -- and so are the parents'! It's encouraging for parents to know that there are many positive (and peaceful) ways to say goodbye at school that will help build a child's confidence.
