General School Mission

Rose Hill Montessori Preschool provides a warm, nurturing learning environment and a small class size.

A Typical Day

8:50-9:05 Drop off (shoes off classroom. I provide crochet slippers for the children)
9:05-9:25 "Circle" activities (including calander,show and tell, music and movement,and intro. new lesson/material
9:25-11:00 work time (individual and small group lessons)
11:00-11:30 Out door play
11:30-12:10 Preparation for lunch and lunch time
12:10-12:20 Prepare for home
12:20-12:30 Pick up

Home-School Connection

Home-School Connection: From the Director

We have a formal parent meeting to introduce new families to our school and answer questions about the program in September. At this time we establilsh a parent group responsible for planning out of classroom trips. There are several open houses through out the year. We have individual conferences with parents in January and again in May.
