Our teachers hold Bachelor degrees in Early Childhood and Elementary Education. We have many years of experience working with preschool and elementary age children.

Day in the Life

General School Mission

Our philosophy is to provide a fun and nurturing environment to promote the social, emotional and academic growth of our students.

A Typical Day

Class begins with table activities, then circle time (stories, songs, fingerplay review of concepts etc...), followed by social interaction/playtime with teacher led art acvtivities, math and language development.
Clean-up time, snack time, second circle time and then recess.

Weekly newsletters, monthly calendars, posted articles and information in common areas are employed to keep parents informed and connected.


Separation is Handled through:

  • Pre-entry meetings with parents at school
  • Extra staff dedicated to handle separation
  • Parents in classroom early on
  • Abbreviated schedule at start of school year

Handling Separation: From the Director

Children are held and reassured. Teachers work to involve children in games and activites with other children to build bonds and a sense of safety and security.
