Teachers send home a weekly e-mail sharing experiences that have taken place in the classroom. Parents will also receive pictures taken by the teachers that will show what the students have been working on.
The Director will send home a monthly newsletter that will give an overview of what is happening at school. Parents are free to contact the teachers and Director by e-mail or phone as needed. The teachers hold two conferences, one in the fall, which is goal setting and one in the spring that will share your child accomplishments and challenges over the past year.
A teacher or parent may request an additional conference as needed. The Director has an open door policy and is willing to meet with any parent upon request.

We have a meet the teacher session with students and parents prior to the start of school. I make myself available in the classrooms to help our youngest students seperate. I come out of the classrooms to give parents progress reports on how the children are doing.
