From the Director:

Our first priority is to make each child feel safe and loved every day. Our preschool is a structured environment where they will learn and grow academically. However, we want to make these first years of school a fun and enjoyable time where they will learn to love school.

Faith Baptist Academy will :
1. Attempt to create in each child the firm conviction that the Bible is the Word of God and that it is a practical guide to life and living.
2. Lay the Biblical foundation that will enable the child to trust Jesus Christ as personal Savior.
3. Help the child develop an extensive, age appropriate, knowledge base.
4. Teach each child to think and apply himself. --Help the child learn to love the learning process.
5. Teach and demonstrate Biblical patterns of behaviors and responses
6. Teach each child willingness, cooperation, responsibility and self-discipline.
7. Attempt to develop integrity and strong moral character in each student.

Because we believe that the BIBLE is true, it is our desire to teach children about the great God of Heaven, the Lord Jesus Christ, who loves them dearly. We will teach them His book, the Bible. We also believe that CHARACTER matters! We will train these young lives in honesty, faithfulness, obedience, submission, kindness, forgiveness, and servant hood...basic Biblical character traits. We believe that EDUCATION is important. It provides a foundation of knowledge, insight and wisdom for a godly life. We will promote the development of your child spiritually, intellectually, socially and physically within the Biblical framework. Within this context, we are committed to providing a safe, fun and educationally sound atmosphere that will expose each child to excellent learning opportunities and experiences. Your child will be loved and respected. We will work closely with parents to produce knowledgeable and wise children who will glorify God.
The Preschool's objectives are to develop in the child the proper attitudes, ideals, habits, knowledge and skills that are the necessary foundation for a productive and godly life.

Daily activities will include the following:
-Structured learning using the Abeka Curriculum
- Individual Exploration (blocks, music, toys, puzzles, painting, drawing, coloring, etc.)
-Group activities (singing, games, stories, discussions)
- Exercise - recreation and play (indoor gymnasium and outdoor playground)
Nap time for those who stay for extended care
