    I think you can do better for the money. Challenger students do get a good basic education, but the learning is rote and so much emphasis is placed on curriculum that teachers have little opportunity to be creative or spontaneous. There is a lack of extra programs. There are no sports programs, band or foreign language. I think those are important. There is a large turnover of staff. All in all, I would expect more for the money.
