Day in the Life

General School Mission

Our staff is motivated by their love for the Lord and the love of children, and the desire to help your child grow up physically, emotionally, socially, intellectually, and spiritually. We believe that the supervised group activities a child experiences at our preschool will enable your child to develop a good self image, to become independent and to become socially and emotionally equipped, giving him/her a good foundation for enjoying the many future years of education.

A Typical Day

The 2's, 3's and 4's spend 30 minutes on the outside and/or indoor playground each day. The younger classes spend 30 minutes in indoor play each day. We have a full-time music teacher, so each class has 20 minutes of music every day. All the classes attend Chapel each morning for 10 minutes of group singing and singing on the stage. The preschool program also includes art in various mediums. Math is developed through songs, games, planned play, and educational equipment. Science is learned through exploration and discovery. Lunch and snack times provide a place for social development and conversation. The 1's, 2's and 3's rest after lunch each day.
