"The main objective of Angel Montessori is to provide a carefully planned, stimulating environment which helps children develop the foundation, habits, attitutides, skills, and ideas which are necessary for a lifetime of creative thinking and learning.

The specific goals for the children who attend the school are:

To develop a positive attitude toward school and learning.
To develop self-esteem.
To build a habit of concentration for lifelong study skills.
To develop and foster an abiding curiosity.
To develop habits of initiative and persistence.
To foster inner discipline, spirituality and a sense of order.
To develop sensory motor skills in order to sharpen the ability to discriminate and judge.
To develop socially-acceptable behavior.
To acquire the basic skills necessary for a lifetime of learning.

Home-School Connection

Home-School Connection: From the Director

Parents receive daily reports on child's day, 2 conferences per year one in fall and one in spring, child development checklist completed by teachers and parents twice per year, open door policy, parent education classes and parent nights.

Parents Say They are Encouraged to:
