A Typical Day

"Toddler classrooms at St. Alcuin address the needs of this early developmental period by focusing on the processes of independent exploration, learning, and, most importantly, the joy of discovering the world.

"Teachers guide in this early developmental period by helping children focus on practical life skills, sensorial exploration, language development, investigation of the natural world through science, developing fine and gross motor skills and the appreciation of art and music. Included in the Toddler classroom are directed group experiences including songs, stories, snacks, outdoor play, and movement."
