General Approach to Learning: Teacher-Led

Day in the Life

General School Mission

The First Baptist Developmental Learning Center exists to partner with parents in order to provide quality, Christ-centered weekday education for preschoolers. We demonstrate a philosphy that above all is built upon the strong foundation of Jesus Christ and His Word. As a preschool, we are committed to nurture and support the growth of preschoolers physically, intellectually, emotionally, socially, and spiritually.

A Typical Day

Each child is greeted warmly at the beginning of the day. Each classroom would include time spent in all of the following activities: center-based play; circle time (which includes singing, vocabulary practice, reading a book, Bible story); creative art; snack time; lunch; outside play on our outdoor playground; indoor playroom activities; rest time.
