Quality of Teaching

Individualized Teaching: From the Director

Teachers are given a Developmental Guideline Checklist suited for their particular classroom age group. These guidelines help teachers to focus their daily observations providing them with information about each child's skills, accomplishments, knowledge and behavior. This information is used to develop activities and learning experiences which can be individualized to meet the needs of every student.
