Day in the Life

General School Mission

Since 1993, Li??l Tykes Childcare & Learning Center??s mission has been to provide high quality, values centered, affordable childcare. At Li??l Tykes we are dedicated to caring for and nurturing the whole child; our goal is to encourage the development of happy, confident, healthy children, who are enthusiastic learners. Our curriculum and programs emphasize helping very young children develop the social, physical and academic skills they will need to succeed in school. Many children begin Li??l Tykes as infants and remain until they are ready to attend kindergarten. This continuity of care provides a stable, safe, and supportive environment for the child. At Li??l Tykes, children develop socialization skills by interacting with their peers and adult staff at the Center. Our goals for the children at Li??l Tykes are realized when they graduate with the self confidence, appropriate values, and academic preparation to successfully enter a kindergarten program.
