School Philosophy

General Approach to Learning: Play-Based, Montessori, Co-op, Reggio-Emilia

From the Director:

We pull from many different philosophies. Each child learns differently. We like to make learning fun and use the hands on approach. We use project approach as well as Reggio-Emilia. We also use the ODE curriculum content standards and the NAEYC guidelines.

Our program is accredited with NAEYC, meaning we are in the top 15% of preschools in the nation. We work individually with each child and see what level he or she is at, then build from there. All of our curriculum and actitivies is developmentally appropriate.
