As foster parents, we had a very bad experience recently. A child who is in our care was sent to a different address from ours. As a result we were very concerned and disturbed. After speaking with a person at Starting Place we were even more disturbed about their lack of concern.Fortunately a day later we spoke with the person in charge of transportation who assured us that this was an aberration and not the normal process of doing business at A Starting Place. We feel confident that this will not happen again.
