Day in the Life

General School Mission

The arts have played a central role in my teaching, focusing heavily on visual art and music.
...Directors personal statement
It is important to have an intimate environment for children in their first school years when they are forging the earliest relationships outside of their immediate families.
At Greenwich House Music School teachers have an understanding of age-appropriate activities and materials. Tapping into the natural curiosity of children allows teachers to build on a love of learning that is already in place. we provide hands-on activities in art. In music children learn the fundamentals of music through movement, games ,instruments and singing.
