Philosophy & Approach

Day in the Life

General School Mission

"Program Philosophy
Our philosophy here at Little Rascals Daycare is to provide a warm loving environment. Each child is to be cared for and loved just as they were our own. Our goal is to provide a well-balanced, social, emotional, cognitive, psychological, and ethnically balanced environment. Little rascals is for families who expect the very best in child care. We are committed to strive for excellence on a daily basis.
Program Objectives
Little Rascals Daycare's main objective will be to provide ample opportunity for both unstructured play and participation with a curriculum designed to promote the development of social and educational skills. Children will be provided with a structured program allowing for individual choice of activities and interaction. The staff will strive to foster the development of feelings of self-esteem, pride, independence, and helping behaviors. We strongly believe in respect and good manners. We ask that the children address the staff as Miss, Mrs. or Mister. This will help foster respect for adults.
