While the Kings Bay Y is a non sectarian community center we provide a Jewish Cultural environment where Holidays and Shabbat are celebrated.this includes stories, music and creative arts.

Home-School Connection: From the Director

There are parent teacher conferences twice a year. Parents can communicate with teachers by notes, phone calls, emails or at drop off or pick up.


Separation is Handled through:

  • Parents in classroom early on

Handling Separation: From the Director

Separation is handled on an individual basis, with the children gently phased in. Parents are free to walk their children to the classroom and say good bye and separate at their own pace.
