Warm supportive relationships with caretakers while in school.

Examples of these centers are: manipulative area, dramatic area, block area, art area, sensory area, and quiet area. Each centers are structured daily to target goals outlined on each child's IFSP.
Circle time: This is a safe place to share and feel trusted. Teachers plan meaningful activities that encourage group process and peer interactions and have a strong emphasis on cognitive development and language goals.
Movement: Movement is a child's natural activity and we encourage this by providing different situations where the child can be active and develop gross motor skills, balance, and coordination. We have an indoor and outdoor playground available throughout the entire year.
Art Time: Toddlers are more interested in the art process rather than making a finished product. We provide a variety of materials so children can explore and discover different textures, combinations and have fun.
Snack/Toileting: We consider that each part of a child's day a teachable moment. A light snack is provided daily and this time is used to facilitated group process, language development, problem solving and daily living skills. and take advantage of any situations such as snack or toileting to engage a child in meaningful interactions and expand is receptive and expressive vocabulary. We provide a light snack everyday. Toileting time is used to promote independently problem solving and daily living skills. Children do not have to be toilet trained to attended.
