"Albany Community Action Partnership's Early Learning Center is a full-day child care facility serving families with children aged six weeks to five years old. The Early Learning Center opened its doors on Monroe Street in downtown Albany in 2003, and it provides a much needed service for the city.
"The Early Learning Center operates Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m., offering children a wide variety of developmentally appropriate activities in a warm, nurturing environment, at affordable rates (including Department of Social Services subsidized care enrollment acceptance), with dedicated and educated teachers and staff members. Along with learning activities, the center provides nutritious meals, opportunities for rest and napping, as well as time to engage in fine and gross motor activities." -- Excerpted from the agency's website
