Rainbow Academy is a family of early learning centers that provides extended-day early learning programs and care for Infants to Kindergarten-aged children.

There’s so much that sets us apart from other child care and early education providers. For starters, we know that the quality of the relationships that we form and the service that we provide will ultimately transform the lives of those we touch. That is why we take care to treat each family member as our own.

Philosophy & Approach

School Philosophy

General Approach to Learning: Play-Based, Teacher-Led

From the Director:

Founded in 1997 by the Falzarano family, Rainbow Academy is built on a strong set of family values. With this in mind, we offer a unique Circle of Care where the needs of parents are as equally important as the care and education of their children. Rainbow Academy serves children aged six weeks through Kindergarten, emphasizing balance between nurturing care and quality education to create the supportive learning environment and trusting, healthy bonds families enjoy and cherish. We know that the quality of the relationships we form and the service we provide will ultimately transform the lives of those we touch. That is why we take care to treat each family member as our own.

Home-School Connection

Home-School Connection: From the Director

Rainbow Academy is dedicated to helping ease the daily pressures our parents face by helping them ease their stress, create peace of mind and overcome their time constraints.

Potty training, meal plans, party planning services and several other features are integrated into our programs to help drive the connection between home and school. Consistent communication is key and takes place with newsletters, parent-teacher conferences and updates via our social media pages.

Additionally, we offer ParentView® Internet Monitoring, a password encrypted web-based monitoring system which allows parents authorized access into their children’s classrooms. With two cameras in every room, parents are able to stay connected to their children via color streaming video in real time.

Handling Separation: From the Director

Rainbow Academy offers "play-dates" for interested families. Before enrolling, families can come in for a play-date to try out our program. Parents can either join their children in the classroom, or they can join us in the Director's Office and watch their child closely via our security cameras.

From day one, Rainbow Academy teachers welcome students with open arms. Often, during the first day, a teacher will take pictures throughout the first day and send them home in a booklet to share with parents.
