Philosophy & Approach

Day in the Life

General School Mission

"The preschool experience is a first step in a long education process. We endeavor to make it as happy and stress-free as possible. Both our traditional nursery school and day care programs provide experiences that nurture pre-academic readiness skills. Individual assessment allows the staff to identify each child's strengths and needs. Cognitive materials are presented at a rate commensurate with each child's ability.
The after-school program is a non-academic, structured, activity-based program that provides a secure environment for children of working parents. Age-appropriate activities include games, creative projects, physical activity and music.
At the Center, particular emphasis is placed on Christian beliefs and values that are taught through example, short Bible based stories, songs, artwork and drama. It is hoped that each child will learn to celebrate God's love through Jesus, His Son, and to know Jesus as a friend.
Parental participation is welcomed and encouraged. It contributes greatly to the success of our programs."
