"A pre-school should provide a warm loving environment where a child can grow intellectually, socially, emotionally and physically.
We believe every child should be nurtured to build a positive self-image, explore their natural sense of wonder, learn problem-solving skills, and develop self-control and consideration of others.
A pre-school should provide a fun, learning environment where the child can grow at his/her own pace.
Children learn through play, through doing and through observing others. Studies have found that children are more likely to retain information learned when they are engaged in an enjoyable and meaningful activity. We make every effort to provide those opportunities. Our child-centered curriculum integrates language and numbers, art and drama, music and movement, science and nature, autonomy, and social competence.
A pre-school should provide a partnership between the parent and the teacher.
We recognize the parent as the most important adult in the child's life. Therefore, we encourage our teachers to provide daily communication with each parent. We also provide opportunities for parents to meet with staff and to participate in the teaching setting. Additionally, we have made our facility parent friendly with keyless entry and video cam monitoring so that a parent can be in touch with their child at all times.
