Individualized Teaching: From the Director

Head Teacher will throw an added challenge at a student that excels and will try and work with students that are having difficulty as time permits. Parent conferences as needed.

General School Mission

Audubon Preschool has been educating children for 39 years and continues to provide a valuable and rewarding experience for children. We are a non-profit, state certified, and licensed preschool program, offered as a social service to the community by the Audubon Women’s League.

A Typical Day

Daily schedule includes free play, as well as center based learning and other skills, such as ABCs, 123s, writing, coloring and other art. For more information, see our website.

Home-School Connection

Home-School Connection: From the Director

Open registration every February for following school year. Orientation meeting first day with parents and students to explain policies. Back to School Night for 4 Year olds to explain curriculum.


Separation is Handled through:

  • Extra staff dedicated to handle separation

Handling Separation: From the Director

Separation is handled depending on the child/parent. Child will be encouraged to go up alone. Parent can accompany child if he/she doesn't think the child will react well to being taken in without.
