From the Director:

Montessori is an educational teaching style that focuses on the individual child and their specific needs. Dr. Maria Montessori opened her first school in 1907, leading the way for this progressive teaching style we simply call "Montessori" today. Montessori in general is a child directed program, while being guided by a trained teacher. The children have the freedom to choose their own activities within the guidelines of the classroom. The lead teachers, who are all Montessori trained, present lessons to individuals or groups of children.

Quality of Teaching

Individualized Teaching: From the Director

Montessori is a very individualized approach to learning. The child is met at their developmental level and guided from that point.
