"We are a play-based program that implements Developmentally Appropriate Practices. While we use developmental guidelines as to age appropriate tasks for learning, we also recognize that each child is an individual with their own special needs. In a warm, caring atmosphere, each child will experience individual and group activities designed to meet their developmental needs. The child will experience a program which includes group time when we work on language development, and a free choice/center time when the child will experience art, blocks, fine-motor, cognitive, math and science skills. Each day will include outdoor play, music, snacks, and a story time. We believe that each child is a child of God and should have the opportunity to develop physically, intellectually, emotionally, socially, and spiritually. Our staff realizes that the child's parents are their first and most important teachers. We work in partnership with the parents, guiding these young children and their families through their crucial early learning years. Parents are welcome to visit our school at anytime.
