Day in the Life

General School Mission

Please see for detailed philosophy

A Typical Day

Class time at each age group includes centers-based free play, art, snack, circle time and playground/large motor play. Science, music and chapel are integrated throughout the week and older children eat lunch at school.

School-wide parties, assemblies and special events, along with field trips for four-year-olds, are scheduled throughout the year.

  • Sit on the board of trustees
  • Fundraise
  • Are required to make donations ourselves
  • Are able to visit the school anytime we want
  • Go on field trips
  • Volunteer in the classroom
  • Receive newsletters

Separation is Handled through:

  • Pre-entry meetings with parents at school
  • Small group sessions
  • Extra staff dedicated to handle separation
  • Abbreviated schedule at start of school year
