General Approach to Learning: Montessori

From the Director:

We are a Montessori School that serves children ages 2-6. We are open 7 am - 6 pm and have various programs that run throughout the day depending on the hours you need. Feel free to call us to schedule a tour and see our amazing program in action!!

Other subjects taught The Montessori approach uses a hands on, child centered approach to learning. The children work in mixed age classrooms using the Montessori equipment and lessons.

We follow the Montessori philosophy and way of teaching while using the Montessori euipment. We believe that children are naturally inquisitive and will thrive when they are able to learn at their own pace, their own readiness and interest level.

Norbeck is family owned and operated for the past 38 years! Our Montesori certified teachers have been with us forever and average 20 years or more with us. All of our assistants have college degrees and average 10 years or more with us. We are very much a family and consider your children our children while they are here!
