General School Mission

The Leventhal-Sidman Jewish Community Center Campus Preschool provides young children and their families with quality childcare and education that is rich in Judaic content. Our program is based on a developmentally appropriate curriculum, which reflects current knowledge in the field of child development. We are committed to raising awareness of the importance of early childhood education by fostering professional development for teachers and parental involvement.

Campus Preschool believes in creating a setting in which children can flourish as individuals, be actively involved in their learning experiences and engage in activities that encourage individual development. Children leave our program prepared to meet the challenges of future educational endeavors.

We provide an enriching environment comprised of literacy, language, science, art, music, movement experiences and play. We believe learning develops at different rates. It is our goal to capitalize on children's natural eagerness to learn by providing them with a rich variety of concrete experiences, strong Judaic and early childhood content and appropriate to their develoment level. We are non-sectarian in admission and hiring.
